The short version
MEOK is local-first. We keep your settings and session continuity in your browser's local storage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or fingerprinting.
What we store, and why

What we never store
- Private keys — generated and held on your device only, never transmitted or stored server-side.
- Advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking data.
- Precise location. Regional features are opt-in and stated at the point of use.
Managing storage
You can clear all MEOK storage from your browser settings (site data for meok.ai) or from the in-app settings. Clearing storage signs you out and resets local preferences; your account and signed records are unaffected.

If we ever introduce a new storage category, we will update this page before it ships.
